Well, I have the fullest sympathy for the needs of my colleagues to get Research Funds and such figures are of course much more attractive.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Let us remain on the firm basis of Science, and as I love to say to my first year students, please remember that the main object of Science is to study things we shall never understand.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>In previous experiments we have studied the strange forces that moved these humans, things like the need for Power, the need to be Loved, and the idea that their life was more important that another Human's Life.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Today we are going to need a lot of Humans, indeed more than a lot, therefore, due to these very regrettable budget restrictions imposed by the need to fund totally meaningless projects from some of my respected colleagues, as I said, due to the cost, we cannot repeat this experiment as often as we would like to.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We have been able in the department to save a lot of raw material for the production of Humans and been able to prolong a number of them that would normally have been discarded after other experiments; I am therefore pleased to inform you that we have been able to activate ten thousand humans!!!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes, I can see how astonished you are, indeed, ten thousand humans in one experiment, this is really a landmark. I do remember the amusing laudatory articles published when one of my very much respected and esteemed colleague from a remote University made the same experiment with one thousand Humans. And today you will see it with ten thousand Humans!!!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes, students, I can see that you are perplexed, where are these ten thousand embryo produced Humans, how could they fit into our lecture hall? Well, it is very clever of you to realize that there would not be room for one Glub and ten thousand humans so haw did we do it?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes, the bulging Glub in the middle, what do you say? You say that we have reduced the humans to a very tiny dimension? Very clever of you, bulging Glub, very clever indeed and if you are interested in the subject of objects that grow and grow, possibly we could discuss that you and I after the lecture? But no, that was not the right answer, even if quite clever, as these humans are made by assembling atoms and as you all know, atoms are not shrinkable, it took the Glub civilization thousand and thousands of periods to be able to express our Glubitude in non-dimensional matrixes that would be dimensionless.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, so how did we do it?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes the Red Haired Glub which is trying to de-bubble itself? You do not know? Possibly you did not really hear the question?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, students, the answer is rather obvious, if it cannot be done here, then it must be done somewhere else! While you cannot understand it, it is really a pun, Humans used to say such things even if we do not know why they found it to be amusing.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Students, we have therefore hired the Entertainment Park New-York. Many of you will remember if you have studied with my colleagues dealing with minor subjects, that New-York, in the days of the Humans, was not an entertainment Park but a City; well some schools of thought do think that even during the Human period it might have been an entertainment Park.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We shall now turn to the TS viewer (sorry readers, this is the Time Space Displacement Field that replaced the Human television) and look at the humans;</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>To speed up the process, they were implanted in New-York a Week ago. They ware all implanted in Central Park by groups of five hundred humans.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Students, let us turn to the TS and look at what is happening to these humans. I must warn you immediately that if things do happen according to my calculations, it will be rather shocking.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, students, as you can see, the Humans have not remained in Central Park; this is something which we do not understand with this race, they tend to have a very strong entropy, it does not matter where they are grouped, they will disperse and occupy all areas.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>No, students I want you to observe these Humans very carefully and tell me what you observe.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes, the round Glub in the front row?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>You say they all look alike?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>What does the class say?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>They all look alike and you cannot see any difference between them and therefore you cannot observe anything?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>How right you are! How wrong you are!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes, indeed, they all look the same because they are all Humans and there is really no difference between one Human and another, except this strange thing of the bulges which are not placed in the same places.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Let us now look at them using a Chrome analyser;</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>What do you see students?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Very little, don't you? Indeed, but if you look carefully you will see that while they are all grey, some are lighter grey, some are darker grey and you find all kinds of in-between.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Now students, look carefully at the movements of the groups. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>What do you see?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Indeed, the darker grey are grouping in one end, the lighter grey in another end, some in-between are grouping in another area; </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Do you see how those who have no very distinct grey shade are sort of moving from one group top another and apparently seem to be expelled?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Apparently, the Humans did not see this as we normally do, but saw something they called colors and they thought that they were white or pink or black or brown or red or green. Apparently it was something of the uttermost importance to them. Even more important than having upper bulges or a lower bulge.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well students, let us do some bubbling exercises to see if we still find it so unpleasant to be individuals instead of Glubs. It will keep us occupied while the Humans start the final process and it will give us some kind of understanding and possibly sympathy for what is going to happen.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, students, can you now see how the Human groups are well formed with some poor individuals erring here and there. See how these groups in the beginning tend to be as far away from one another as they can.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Now look at the corner of the Upper Group and see how this Corner is getting very near to the corner of the Lower Group.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Do you see that?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Now, see that the Groups are touching one another, well, students what do you expect?*</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yes indeed, you would expect them to Glub themselves into one Glub as we always do, but no, apparently one dark grey could not glub itself to a light grey. They all seem to unable to glub and they remain as bubbles.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Look now, the process has started, you can see that some light grey bubbles we call Humans are attacking some darker grey bubbles.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It is going to go very fast now;</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>See, already I can nearly count nearly one hundred dismantled humans lying around.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, students, you can remain and enjoy yourself, our calculations show that in one weeks time, less than one hundred Humans will remain, that they will still be composed of groups, that these groups will each occupy some territory and that the killing will go on and go on.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Oh yes, you wonder of course why they kill one another because one vibrates in a faster light frequency than another?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We really do not know. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Some of my esteemed colleagues from a remote university have proposed that this would have something to do with the reproduction process, that they could only reproduce if they had the same vibration frequency. I regret to tell you that this is utter nonsense as I will prove in my next paper.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Students, you are really the first one to hear this fantastic progress I am going to expose to my colleagues : I am sure that Humans had a different vibration vision, that, due to the vibration difference they called color, they believed that the other Bubble belonged to another species which was dangerous to them and therefore they had to kill it to protect themselves.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Revolutionary is it not?</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Well, as we were resting and doing our Bubbling and Glubing exercises I observed that the Red Haired Bubble Glub and the Freckled Bubble Glub were a bit slow in doing this basic exercise, so while you remain here and contemplate the Humans killing one another, I will retire with these two Bubble Glubs in my Office to exercise Glubing with them.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Thank you for your attention.</B></div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
